Finally an attempt at clinical supervision
Thursday, December 9th, 2004Headhunters are trying to recruit experienced clinical staff from the NHS to advise LSP’s and their sub-contractors on how to adapt their software offerings to NHS processes and to dissipate clinician anger at not being previously consulted. However the efforts appear to be sporadic, limited to a few companies and with an unrealistic view of the skillset & market conditions. Better packages will have to be offered to tempt the right people into taking up these positions.
