Saturday, July 15th, 2006A little birdie tells me that University Hospitals of North Staffordshire which went live with a “big bang” implementation recently is not exactly the trouble free site that both Isoft & CSC claim it to be.
The clinical staff have major problems with Clinical Manager and find it as buggy and unreliable as staff everywhere else have discovered to their cost. The muttering is building up to a rebellion.
