Data security - verifying the audit trail
Is the US healthcare system making the same mistakes as CfH did here in the UK? For a country that has known numerous high profile breaches of privacy & data security, retro-fitting a capability for privacy to electronic healthcare data is a naive way to do things. But they atleast appear to be investigating breaches. I have not heard too much about any similar exercise and outcomes here in the UK. What does seem to be happening is a threatened witchhunt.
